这是和PRO-II， HYSYS 齐名的过程模拟软件。开始是免费的，现在也不免费了。
北美好多教学都从HYSYS转到了CHEMCAD。 下面的是最新版本。

You have 3 ways to license the app:
                        - SYSTEM AUTHORIZATION
                        Run ChemCAD, on the License Setup window choose
                        'System authorization', copy 'System key' to
                        the applied keygen. 'User license key' will be
                        generated. Copy it back to the License Setup
                        window. Press OK, Continue.
                        - STANALONE
                        Create 2 system variables (open Start Menu,
                        right click on Computer, select Properties.
                        Select Advanced system settings. In the
                        Advanced tab, select Environment Variables):
                        LSERVRC=C:\Program Files (x86)\Chemstations\CHEMCAD\lservrc
                        LSHOST=no-net
                        Copy \license_standalone\lservrc to the folder:
                        C:\Program Files (x86)\Chemstations\CHEMCAD\
                        Start the app, on the License Setup window
                        press Continue button.
                        - who uses (or only want) RMS Server:
                        If you do not still have RMS Server, install
                        RMS License Manager:
                        \install\Sentinel RMS LM v8.5.0\setup.exe
                        Run \install\RMS utils - WlmAdmin\WlmAdmin.exe
                        Choose 'Subnet Servers -> <your PC name> ->
                        -> Add feature from file -> to server' and point
                        to the license \license_RMS_server\lservrc
                        Run ChemCAD, on the License Setup window choose
                        'Add / Remove Servers -> RMS License Manager ->
                        -> Add -> <you PC name>, press OK, Continue.
